目前整個「MIS華人網路互惠平台」程式已開發完畢，為求慎重起見，PGL總裁Yolanda Chalmers目前正在大陸各大城市，與有興趣代理並成為中國地區各城市營運中心的高階主管開會並討論細節中。令總裁Yolanda Chalmers始料未及的是，當她把程式平台與商務模式向當地官員及高階主管展示後，造成各界人士瘋狂爭取簽約成為營運中心，並且也向她提出許多建言，以避免程式遭受同業或當地駭客的攻擊與官方的封鎖。

面對如此熱烈的反應，Yolanda Chalmers立即召集PGL之高階主管及技術人員前往中國，召開高階經理人會議，研商應使用何種評量方式才能選出各城市中最具資格擔任營運中心之人士或團體，以期望「MIS華人網路互惠平台」能在大陸正式開始運作後即一炮而紅，成為中國大陸地區最具有影響力的網路平台。由於各主要城市營運中心之選定與簽約，約需6~8週左右的時間，因此高階經理人會議決議：

1. 暫緩對外開放「MIS華人網路互惠平台」，俟大陸各主要城市營運中心均完成簽約程序後，才正式對外開放；

2. 在「MIS華人網路互惠平台」正式對外開放營運之前加入「MIS網路自動收入系統」的會員仍屬有效，並且可在「MIS華人網路互惠平台」開放後享有爆炸性的利益。

3. 在「MIS華人網路互惠平台」正式對外開放營運之前，目前世界各地已簽約的營運中心得先展示「MIS華人網路互惠平台」之部份功能，惟不得對外開放全部或一部份之測試網站或程式碼，違者將取消營運中心之資格。

We are pleased to let you know that we have successfully finished our new system "Global Online Profit Sharing and Beneficial System". Beginning from late July, our CEO Yolanda Chalmers has been continully discussing the Franchise Operation Centers in the main cities of mainland China. The feedbacks are more overwhelming than she expected.
Therefore Yolanda Chalmers call an urgent top management meeting in China immediately to discuss the indicators of selecting the best leaders and teams as the Franchise Operation Centers in each city. It will take at least six to eight weeks to select and enter into the Authorization Agreement with the selected Franchise Operation Centers. Below please find the conclusions announced by the top management meeting:

1. Before the Franchise Operation Centers in the main cities of China were selected and the Agreements were entered into, we will not launch our new system "Global Online Profit Sharing and Beneficial System";

2. The membership of current "MIS Automated Online Income System" remain valid and will be transferred to new "Global Online Profit Sharing and Beneficial System" when launched;

3. Before the "Global Online Profit Sharing and Beneficial System" launched, the current operation centers worldwide can demostrate the functions of the new system only. However, the operation centers are prohibited to release the testing ids or programming code in part or in whole, the operation center qualification of the violators will be cancelled immediately.
